이 도구에 대하여
Font to Outline removes all font dependencies from your PDF by converting each page into high-quality rasterized content. This ensures your document looks exactly the same on any system, even if the original fonts are not installed.
The tool renders each page at your chosen DPI (150-600), removing embedded fonts while preserving the exact visual appearance. Optionally, you can add an invisible text layer to maintain searchability.
This is essential for print preparation, cross-platform compatibility, and avoiding font licensing issues when sharing documents. All processing happens locally in your browser.

자주 묻는 질문
How does this work?
The tool renders each page at high resolution (your chosen DPI) and recreates the PDF from these images, removing all font dependencies while preserving visual appearance.
Can I still select text after conversion?
By default, no. Text becomes part of the image. However, you can enable "Preserve searchable text" to add an invisible text layer for search and copy functionality.
What DPI should I use?
300 DPI is recommended for print-quality output. 150 DPI is sufficient for screen viewing and produces smaller files. 600 DPI is for highest quality but creates large files.
Will file size increase?
File size depends on DPI and content. 150 DPI usually produces smaller files, 300 DPI may increase size, 600 DPI significantly increases size. Compression is automatically applied.
Is this reversible?
No, font data is permanently removed. Keep a backup of the original if you need editable text with the original fonts.
What about vector graphics?
Vector graphics (shapes, lines) in the original PDF will be converted to raster along with text. The visual quality is preserved at your chosen DPI.
